Camden Layne Baby Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Camden Layne Baby. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.


2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received, it may take 1-2 business days to approve. Once approved you can choose one of the following refund options: 

  • Original Payment Method: A full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Store Credit: An immediate credit will be issued to your store account for future purchases.
  • Exchange: If you'd prefer an exchange, we'll be happy to exchange your item for another size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability). If there is a price difference, you'll either pay the difference or receive a refund/store credit for the remaining balance.
5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@camdenlaynebaby.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items
  • Clearance & Sale Items: All products purchased from our "Sale" or "Clearance" sections are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Discount & Promo Codes: Items purchased using temporary discount codes, promo codes, or automatic cart discounts at checkout are eligible for our standard return and exchange policy, provided they were regular-priced items and not marked as clearance.
Refund Amounts for Discounted Purchases
  • Actual Price Paid: All refunds are issued for the exact dollar amount paid at checkout after the discount was applied.
  • No Retail Value Refunds: We do not issue refunds or store credit for the original, full retail value of the item if a discount code or promotion was used.
  • Coupon Codes: Original discount codes are one-time use and cannot be re-applied to future orders or exchanges.
